An application and prospectus can be obtained by sending M.O./DD for Rs 5,000/- in favour of "GTR College of Nursing" Payable at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. 

• Original 10th Class Certificates, Intermediate (or equivalent) Marks Memo's, Date of Birth, Migration Certificate, TC and Aadhar Card.
• In case of SC / ST / BC-C, Students has to produce the Original and latest caste / Income certificates, Aadhar Card (of Father & Mother) & Ration Card Xerox Copy issued by the competent authority.

• Seperate Hostel facility.
• Dedicated Hygienic canteen for North and other state students.
• Wifi Facility for digital library.
• Clean & confortable single beds with study. 
• Visitors lounge, study hall, prayer hall etc.
